How much is international shipping cost per unit? 

International shipping starts from $99. You will see the shipping cost at checkout.

How many days will it take for my package to be delivered?

If your shipping address is outside of the U.S your order takes 8 to 15 business days (plus customs clearance) to be delivered. You will receive the tracking information 2 or 4 business days after you have placed an order.

We always send an email letting you know if your order was successfully placed and once it has shipped you will receive another email with the tracking information.

What is customs clearance processing?

It is the process that all products has to go through when coming from overseas, in simple words is like immigration for products and it is a simple process that happens in all countries everyday. 

Depends on the agreements of your country and The United States your order may enter the country tax free. If your country has no free trade agreement with The U.S you will have to pay import tax/VAT on arrival. 

How long takes customs clearance processing?

Customs clearance processing time depends on their work load and the laws in your country. Some countries have automatic customs clearance which means it takes less than a day, other countries have manual customs clearance processing and may take between 1 to 5 days or more. According to our experience it is unusual that customs clearance takes longer than 5 days.
