Orders & Returns

 
Orders:

When you place an order you will receive an email confirmation from PayPal and from our store with your order number and order details. If you do not receive an email confirmation from our store please check your spam/ junk mail.

Once we shipped your order you will receive the tracking information to your email. For orders within the United States transit time is 2-3 business days, in some cases it may take up to 5 business days.

For orders outside of the United States transit time is 10 business days. The tracking information will be sent to your email 2 – 4 business days after you place an order.

 
Returns:

We are sure you will be thrilled and satisfied with our products but if for any reason you wish to return an item you have two options:

Option #1: You can simply reply to the e-mail that was originally sent when you placed your order asking for a return then we will reply you with a Return Authorization.

Option #2:  Email us at CustomerCare@valuestore.us to request a Return Authorization along with your order number or buyer’s name if you do not know your order number.

 
Return window: 5 business days.
 
Notes: 

1. No reason of return required.

2. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fee.

3. After you receive a RMA or return address from us you have 3 business days to provide a tracking number otherwise your return authorization will be voided.

4. It is required that you provide a tracking number within 3 business days after your return authorization is approved otherwise your return authorization will be voided and our warehouse will not accept your package.

5. You must return your order using a service with signature required. Delivered at front door/ porch or garage is at your risk and we are not responsible if package is lost or stolen. You are responsible of the package until it is received at the warehouse and delivery is confirmed by signature from us.

6. Batteries or consumables are not returnable.

 
Important: 

We can not process returns over the phone or live chat, only via e-mail.

 
When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive the item at the warehouse we will inspect it and determinate if the item was returned in pristine conditions then we will issue a refund. You will not be eligible for a 100% refund if the item was not returned in pristine conditions, a restocking fee could be applied.

Refunds post to your account typically within 7 business days of us receiving your item.
