In rare occasions electronic devices don’t work as expected but don’t worry we’ve got you covered. We warrant the product to you against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for one year from the date of your original retail purchase from us.

For warranty or repair service you must have an order number from us. We do not service units bought from other sellers even if the machine looks identical.
We use better hardware and components in our machines to avoid most common issues from display to chipsets are better quality. This is not a sales speech we just want to avoid after sales issues so that you and us are happy in the long run.
We make the best effort with the products we offer so we only offer warranty or repair service to units sold by us. There are no exceptions.
Why we post this comment? Many people that bought from other sellers frequently contact us for repair service pretending to be our customers and get mad because we only offer service to our customers.

How it works?
It is a very straightforward process. Just email us at CustomerCare@valuestore.us with your order number and a description of the issue you are experiencing.
Warranty period: 1 year.
Warranty process:
Step #1:
In case that you need to claim warranty email us at CustomerCare@ValueStore.us with your order number and a description of the issue.
Step #2:
Mail back the complete kit or product with all accessories to us and let us know the tracking information as soon as possible.
Once we receive your product we will inspect it, if your device looks like new without scratches or sign of misuse we will send you a new kit as replacement but if it looks worn with scratches or signs of misuse we will repair it and it may take up to 30 business days to repair it.
Note: We have our own repair center in Orlando, FL we won’t send your device overseas, we will repair it here.
Step #3:
We will email you letting you know that your machine is reading and we will proceed to ship it back to your address.

What is not covered in the warranty?
Damages caused by misuse and consumables. If you are during the warranty period and your machine was damaged by misuse we will quote you a fair price to repair your machine. We would only charge the hardware cost to repair it, we will not charge workmanship cost.

Product Quality
Other offers may look exactly or similar to ours but there is a big difference inside.
All our products have Intel chipsets and good quality components (US technology) that are made to last way longer than the warranty period.
In the current market conditions Ultrasound factories are offering cheaper chipsets and components (Chinese origin) that cost less but also last for a short period and have compatibility issues. Your unit will suddenly not turn on or will stop reading images after few weeks/months or your unit could even be ”dead on arrival” because there was a small short circuit inside that caused the starter to burn.
We rejected the offer to reduce the quality of our products and we will continue to offer only Intel Chipsets and same electronic components that we have offered since forever.
Why is this happening? The US government has cut chipsets supply and banned some exports to China and this caused chipsets and other electronic components prices to go up so the Chinese factories were forced to use other lower price components based on ‘’Chinese technology’’ in an effort to stay on the market.
Our idea is not to instill fear but to make you aware of the current market trends. ValueStore.us believes that you deserve good quality and it is not fair to offer you low quality components in the name of revenue.

Did you know that…
Some sellers advertise on popular marketplaces 3 years warranty but it is a scam because all these sellers are located in China, for them once your order has shipped the case is closed. If a marketplace force them to give warranty (within the first 3 to 6 months) they will ask to return your defective unit to China on your cost even if your order shipped from a fulfillment center in the US.
Did you know that 3 months after you bought you can’t write a review on most marketplaces nor complaint?
Chinese sellers know this very well, so if you ever need to claim warranty or need repair service they won’t even answer to your messages. In best case they will ask you to return the item to China, you will have to pay both ways shipping cost plus 30% China import tax and again 25% US import tax, in short sentence: you lost your investment.
